🛑 Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled as the services are initiated instantly through automated systems.
However, if you wish to request a cancellation before processing begins, please contact us immediately via:

If the service has not yet started, we will review your request and process a cancellation at our discretion.
💰 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
- Payment was made, but the service could not be delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
- Incorrect payment amount was charged due to a gateway error.
🚫 Non-Refundable Cases
- Services already delivered or initiated cannot be refunded.
- Refunds will not be issued for issues arising due to incorrect information (e.g., wrong Instagram/YouTube ID).
- Changes in your social media account (like username, deletion, privacy settings, or suspension) after the order is placed void the refund eligibility.
⏱️ Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
